Moria – A typical day in the camp
World Refugee Day – Support Displaced Unaccompanied Minors!
June 20 marks World Refugee Day in support of persons who are forced to flee. A particularly vulnerable group are unaccompanied minors. They are all alone, without close caregivers. For months and even years, their everyday life is filled with uncertainty of what the future might hold. Then it is important to have something meaningful to do and different activities to attend.
Finally re-opening our activities for unaccompanied minors in Moria
From Tuesday 9th of June, we are finally reopening our activities for unaccompanied minors inside Moria refugee camp. The children have not been able to leave the facilities for the last 3 months, and they describe the period as extremely tough with no access to activities or outlet for their creativity.
