Nea Kavala is a camp located in Northern Greece and hosts approximately 1,500 refugees and asylum seekers. Adults living here have limited access to education, and learning English equips residents of the camp with self-confidence and prepares them for their future.

Update from our coordinators on Lesvos

Last week we were informed that due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in Greece, the Greek government decided to limit the entrance in Moria refugee camp to essential NGOs. Unfortunately, we are not among those. This means that we had to immediately stop all our activities and projects with the un-accompanied minors in Moria.

Annual Report 2019

In 2019 we strengthened our work for unaccompanied minors, established activities on Samos, and recruited more volunteer field workers with expertise in specific areas. Thanks to increased funds, we were able to make more long-term plans.
