Do you want meaningful volunteer work this summer? In Greece the need for help among the refugees is huge. A Drop in the Ocean needs more coordinators to help co-ordinate the efforts of our volunteer workers.
We look for a person of minimum age 25, preferably with some management experience and good communication skills. Professional health worker background is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you have experience in humanitarian work, preferably from crisis hit areas, that is an added advantage. Our volunteers are of different nationalities and language backgrounds, and therefore good English skills are necessary.
A Drop in the Ocean covers travel, car rental and accommodation expenses for our coordinators. The role and work as coordinator is voluntary and hence unpaid, as it is for the other voluntary workers.
